Maureen Ward

CEO
Maureen reports to the Board of Louth LEADER, and is responsible for the overall management of the company, the NRDP and LEADER + Programme and other programmes the company administers, including the Rural Outreach IT Programme.

A vital part of her role is coordinating the company's activities with other local development agencies in the county, and in that capacity is a board member of Louth County Development Board and Louth County Enterprise Board.

She also provides advice, support and guidance to project promoters in the development of their applications to the company.

Mavis Kelly

Clerical Administrator
In addition to secretarial and reception duties, Mavis deals with the day-to-day running of the office and provides administration support services to the LEADER and IT teams.

Mary O' Neill

Enterprise Development Officer
Provides support and guidance to LEADER clients in the enterprise sector particularly for the craft, food and other rural enterprises. She also supports applications from women entrepreneurs, and assists with the preparation of applications for funding and their assessment and provides a follow up support to successful applicants through mentoring and training programmes. Mary additionally helps clients with all of the financial aspects of applications and assists with the completion of their business plans.

Anne Mc Loughlin

Accounts
Responsible for the day-to-day book-keeping including the preparation of payments and pay-roll as well as assisting in office administration and operation.

Dara Larkin

Dara is responsible for the delivery of a range of IT Training and Development activities. Both herself and Viki are running Louth's first rural on-line learning centre, FÁS-net college and provide on-site support for all the students. Dara is also Leader's JEB centre co-ordinator.
